Available in Pressure Ratings of 10,000, 20,000, and 40,000 psi (700, 1,400, and 2,800 bar).
Our Hand Operated Plunger Pumps are applicable for laboratories where a small source of high-pressure liquid is required, for hydrostatic testing of small objects, etc. The handle can be easily detached with the pump is not in use. A LUCITE RESERVOIR is available for any pump on special order and is supplied as standard with the VERTICAL HAND PUMP.

MULTI-POSITION HAND PUMP

Any of these pumps can be mounted by 3/8-inch bolts in any position and then operated. The customer may find it advantageous to mount a pump directly on a test apparatus, rig, or machine where a

compact self-contained pumping unit

is necessary.

Double-End Hand Pumps

, also for user in any position, can be used to pump two different liquids at the same time. When the pump is connected to a common inlet and outlet line, the double pump action permits a discharge flow for each direction of pump handle movement.

 

VERTICAL HAND PUMPS

The

Single-End Vertical Hand Pump

is mounted on a steel base and includes a reservoir, inlet tubing, and fittings. The reservoir has a ½ gallon (2 liter) capacity and is equipped with a Lucite body and aluminum end plates.

ACCESSORIES
Reservoirs, Lucite or Pyrex

All reservoirs are of the gravity-feed type and employ manual shut-off valves to control the flow of liquid. Brackets for vertical mounting, a large filler cap and a drain plug are provided.

Liquid supply is always visible through the transparent reservoir.

The body construction is of lightweight aluminum alloy. Four heavy bolts with lock nuts make the unit extremely sturdy. Oil-resistant gaskets form a positive seal and prevent leakage. The reservoir can readily be taken apart for cleaning.

The Lucite reservoir is supplied with all VERTICAL HAND PUMPS. However, any of the reservoirs listed below are also available on separate order.

P/N 46-15000 Lucite reservoir – ½-gallon capacity, as described above, and illustrated on the VERTICAL HAND PUMP. Supplied as standard on catalog number 46-12130-1, 46-12155-1, and 46-12180-1 VERTICAL HAND PUMPS. Order separately for other models. Dimensions: 5-5/8" X 6-3/8" X 11" high. P/N 46-15005 Pyrex reservoir – Similar to 46-15000 described above, except it is used for applications where liquid compatibility must be considered. ½-gallon capacity.
