This convenient device greatly facilitates the assembly and disassembly of reaction vessels. The vessels need not be fastened to the vise, as the latter has a socket into which the "flats" on the bottom of the vessel will fit.This vise consists of a steel base with three lugs drilled to permit bolting it to floor or bench, and a steel tube to keep the vessel in an upright position.
