ANTI-VIBRATING TUBING CLAMP ASSEMBLY

These Anti-Vibrating Tubing Clamp Assemblies are particularly useful on HP tubing connections which are subject to severe vibration or shock. The assembly increases the vibrational fatigue life of the tubing at its threaded section. The assembly reduces leakage of the high-pressure connection sealing surfaces by keeping the joints tighter under vibrational conditions.

As the clamp nut is tightened to make the connection, its inner tapered surface forces the tapered split wedge together and grips the tubing, supporting the tubing to prevent vibration and movement. In addition, the tapered split clamp is impregnated with a special film lubricant which prevents friction.

TUBING CLAMP ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF: CLAMP NUT, CLAMP AND STANDARD INNER SLEEVE.
NOTE: CLAMP NUTS, CLAMPS, AND INNER SLEEVES LISTED ABOVE ARE FABRICATED OF 416 STAINLESS STEEL.
